Who are we?

No two law firms are identical. Each one differs in some way like every case differs in some way. Joel Sebastian Nilsson

Joel is an expert in commercial and international negotiation and contracting, with extensive experience advising on complex commercial and financial transactions as well as drafting and reviewing both domestic and cross-border contracts.

Alongside his legal practice, he publishes in specialist legal journals and is a sought-after speaker at conferences across Spain and abroad. He has also lectured in International Law at Stockholm University.

Over the last few years, he has been coordinating and providing technical support for projects and organisations working in human rights defence in Colombia, Turkey, Palestine, Honduras and El Salvador, among others.
